Blog Blast - Eat Less of This...

In your school's cafeteria some foods may be labeled with a red sticker. These foods are less healthy to eat. Here are some examples below:





But there are also healthier options with a green sticker that we should eat more of:



Eat less of the foods labeled with a red sticker and more of the foods with a green one! How many green sticker foods have you eaten this week?
