Can you guess which foods are most important to eat?
That's right..fruits like apples or vegetables such as broccoli or green beans. Protein from chicken is also important to eat. And don't forget grains found in wheat bread or rice. Dairy products like cheese and milk cream are also part of a balanced diet only in smaller portions. Whenever I look at this picture it reminds me to Pack my Plate Perfectly with each of the food groups! I hope this helps you too.
Which foods are your favorite? What should you eat more of? I love pineapples and eat them almost every day with my lunch. I know my mom thinks I should eat more protein.
